The beautiful model Charlotte McKinney is someone who has become best known for being "the new Kate Upton" since the two do have a lot of similarities, especially in looks. However, that is all about to change, with Charlotte appearing in the Carl's Jr. ad during the upcoming Super Bowl and the 21-year-old model has been talking about shooting the ad, in particular eating the burger.
McKinney was being interviewed by Esquire, when she explained, "I went for it! I bit into that burger. They want it to look as real as it can. I definitely got in there. They said usually most of the girls take a lot of bites, but I only did eight. My best bite was my first one. I only took eight bites. I'm a fan of Carl's Jr. though. I'm from Florida and we didn't have it out there, so when I came to LA it was definitely a choice I made to eat it."
As well as talking about shooting the Carl's Jr. ad and enjoying eating the juicy burger, Charlotte McKinney also went on to talk about what an honor it was for her to get asked to be in the ad. Charlotte says that being involved in a Carl's Jr. ad is something that she has always aspired to do and, while she was extremely excited about it, she just took it in her stride.
McKinney added, "Yeah, it was funny because I've always seen the commercials and thought, 'Hey, I could do that. That looks fun.' But it's such an iconic commercial, with Heidi Klum and Paris Hilton. To me, that was awesome. People talk about it in movies. It was such an honor to get that spot. I wasn't nervous though. The way I handle tough jobs is to not think about it and try to take it one step at a time. I didn't even think it was going to be in the Super Bowl. It was just another day at work. That's what I say to anyone who gets nervous: Just take it as it comes."
We are sure that, following the Carl's Jr. ad during Super Bowl Sunday, people will no longer be referring to Charlotte McKinney as the new Kate Upton but will now actually recognise her for the model that she is in her own right.
