Danielle Staub chose not to return to the Real Housewives of New Jersey, but she has definite opinions about the show and its cast. In television appearances, interviews, her website and Tweets, she expresses support for one Housewife but disdain and disbelief about other cast members.
“I feel bad for them,” Danielle says about Teresa Guidice’s legal problems. Showing compassion and support, Danielle continues, “They’re people, they’re family and you know things that are very bad are happening for them, so it would be really wrong of anyone to enjoy that.”
On a recent appearance, Danielle stated that one cast member is drinking a little too much wine and stalking her on Twitter. She adamantly maintains that one cast member lobbied to be on the show, then denied it and vilifies her. Danielle is not buying the contrition of another cast member. Finally, Danielle wants the truth to be told that she was not fired, but left in a mutual decision with Bravo producers.
This former Housewife has moved on from the days of playing the villain and is living in “love and light,” her self-defining mantra. Danielle is filming a reality show that she co-created with Left-Right productions and promises that viewers will see her in her home life, her life as a mother to two daughters, her work life and her love life.
