Every now and again, you will hear people talk about how you can achieve whatever you want in life, as long as you put in the time and work hard at it. This was certainly the case for singer and model Leah Dizon, who had a dream, chased it and was successful in her quest.
Leah Dizon became a huge star in Japan
Leah Dizon was born and raised in the US, spending her early years living in Las Vegas with her parents. Her mother is French and her father is half Filipino and half Chinese and they both work as Casino dealers, something which Leah did not want to do with her life.
At the age of 14 Leah got a job in a clothing store, saving up enough money to go on a trip to Japan, which is where her love affair started. Leah learnt Japanese, took vocal coaching and eventually found herself becoming a huge star in Japan, as both a top model and a hit singer. While she has taken a break in the past few years, Leah plans to return to the Japanese entertainment industry.
