When it comes to some of the biggest sporting events of the year, it is fair to say that there are not many in the world that can compete on the same scale as that of the Super Bowl, which draws in hundreds of millions of viewers all over the world, every single year. While the majority of the people who tune into this huge sporting event are watching it for the football, there are others who actually watch it for another reason.

While the Super Bowl itself is a pretty big spectacle, there are many people who love to watch it for the Super Bowl half-time show, which is always performed by some of the biggest stars on the face of the Earth. This year, the half-time show will be performed by the wonderful Lady Gaga, and it seems that Katy Perry has been giving her some advice, since she certainly knows a thing or two about performing at the Super Bowl.
A supposed insider was chatting to Hollywood Life, when they said, "Katy [Perry] knows that [Lady] Gaga will be amazing at the Super Bowl and has been in contact with her for some advice on planning and nerves. Plus Katy hopes Gaga is even better than she was, she wants to always be tested because that is how they will grow as artists, Katy is very excited and will help in any way along the way until the big game!"

There have been some absolutely fantastic Super Bowl half-time show performances over the years, while there have also been some which have been less than impressive, so we cannot wait to see what Lady Gaga will have planned for her gig. Super Bowl LI will air on Feb. 5, at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
