Former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan has now left the cobbled streets of the hit ITV soap but she is still keeping herself very busy, as she recently unveiled her latest collection for Lipsy just recently. Michelle has now opened up about her new collection, revealing where she got the inspiration for the new collection.
Keegan was talking to OK! Magazine, when she said to them, "I take an influence from all different eras. Anything from the '60s to Hollywood glamour, as well as the '90s and '80s. I think different eras can suit different occasions or moods."
Designing clothing lines is something that actress Michelle Keegan has really taken to, with this latest range being her fifth collection for Lipsy and she has spoken about mixing things up a little bit this time around. Michelle says that she has decided to go for some of her classic designs, along with some brand new ones.
Keegan added, "This is my fifth collection for Lipsy and It includes all my classic favourites, which I've reworked with some of the hottest trends and colours for spring/summer. It's my debut spring collection and it's such a fun time as I can introduce new styles - and I was able to put in some flashes of fluorescent pink."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Michelle Keegan will next appear in the new BBC series Ordinary Lies, which will co-star Belinda Stewart-Wilson, Mackenzie Crook and Max Beesley, among others. Ordinary Lies is set to air in the UK some time in 2015.
