There are so many people around the world who dream about becoming rich and famous, without really knowing and understanding just how hard it can actually be to have the spotlight permanently on you. We have seen so many top stars struggling with mental health issues over the years and it has been nice to see some of them being so open about their problems.

Actress and music superstar Selena Gomez is someone who has had her struggles during her young but successful life, but she is also someone who has not been afraid to share her experiences with such issues. Selena has again been talking about her struggles with mental health during her life, revealing how she became friends with her Good Time director Josh Safdie and producer Sebastian Bear-McClard.
Gomez shared, "A little while ago I was actually on bed rest, and it’s probably the worst time to watch Heaven Knows What or the best time, depending on your mental state. I ended up becoming extremely fascinated with the boys and kind of forced them to become my friend a little bit."

She added, "For me, personally, I really liked the mental aspect of it, because I’ve done a lot of those exercises that you put in. So, the beginning of the movie stuck with me because I actually…I’m very open, it’s not really a secret, but I, for sure, have talked about that, and I’ve done a lot of those exercises."
It is always refreshing to hear a big name star talking about the issues they have faced in their life and we always hope that it helps others to be more open about things.
