When it comes to a classic movie, you can always guarantee that there is going to be talk of a remake, despite the fact that so many of these remakes fail to live up to the original and lose a lot of what made the original so special. We have seen many old movies getting a remake on the big screen over the years, with plenty more being lined up for the coming years.
With that said, Hollywood seems to have started a new trend of taking some of the top classic movies of the past, and remake them for the small screen, rather than taking them to the big screen. Earlier this year, we saw Grease Live being aired on the small screen, which actually proved very successful, and now we have a number of new projects coming our way.
One such project, is the new small screen remake of the classic movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which boasts a number of impressive names, with the project currently in the shooting process. Among the names involved in The Rocky Horror Picture Show includes the very beautiful and extremely talented star Victoria Justice, who we have become huge fans of.
Victoria Justice will play the role of Janet Weiss - A Heroin in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, with the stunning star obviously very excited about the new TV movie. Meanwhile, this new version will also feature such names as Laverne Cox, Christina Milian, and Tim Curry, among others. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is expected to air on Fox later in the year.
